Retail: all yumyum4dogs products are handcrafted and baked fresh at time of order. We do not have product sitting on a shelf to ship out immediately. Our processing time for retail is 3-5 business days.
Wholesale: yumyum4dogs products are handcrafted and baked fresh at time of order. Unfortunately we do not have product waiting on a shelf to ship. With this in mind, our processing time for wholesale is 10-14 business days.
Returns/Damage:
Retail: Yumyum4dogs wants your pups gift to be received in pristine condition. With this in mind, we package every dog treat and dog treat gift with love and care using bubble wrap, air pillows, thermal wrap and ice packs in high heat weather to avoid damage and meltage. If pups product arrives with damage, please email a picture within 3 days of receipt and we will gladly replace or credit.
Wholesale: Our dog treats are our works of art, and we want them to arrive damage free. With this in mind, yumyum4dogs packages each and every treat with love and care using bubble wrap, air pillows, thermal wrap and ice packs in high heat weather.
